If you purchased a mattress from Comeaux Furniture, your manufacturer’s warranty could still be valid; depending on when you purchased your mattress. Warranties typically cover sagging, broken coils, and structural defects—but they don’t cover stains, spills, or normal wear and tear.

How to File a Claim with a Mattress Manufacturer

Check that your mattress still has the Law Tag attached (removing it voids the warranty).
Have your receipt and photos ready to submit.

Navigate to your manufacturers website by clicking their logo below. You will find details about their factory warranty guidelines and contact information.

Typically, the following is covered:
Sagging deeper than 1.5 inches (without weight applied).
Broken coils or structural defects (not caused by misuse)
Often times, the following is not covered:
Stains, spills, or bodily fluids (mattress must be clean and protected).
Normal wear and tear (including slight impressions under 1.5 inches).
Removing the Law Tag (voids the warranty).
Comfort preference changes (e.g., too soft or too firm).
