How to File a Claim with a Mattress Manufacturer

  • Check that your mattress still has the Law Tag attached (removing it voids the warranty).

    • Have your receipt and photos ready to submit.

    • Review the specific warranty terms for your mattress brand below..

  • Navigate to your manufacturers website by clicking their logo below. You will find details about their factory warranty guidelines and contact information.

  • Typically, the following is covered:

    • Sagging deeper than 1.5 inches (without weight applied).

    • Broken coils or structural defects (not caused by misuse)

    Often times, the following is not covered:

    • Stains, spills, or bodily fluids (mattress must be clean and protected).

    • Normal wear and tear (including slight impressions under 1.5 inches).

    • Removing the Law Tag (voids the warranty).

    • Comfort preference changes (e.g., too soft or too firm).
