ServeCo 5-Year Warranty

If you purchased a ServCo Protection Plan during our retirement sale, your coverage is provided directly by ServeCo. This plan offers protection for fabric, leather, and wood furniture against many common household accidents. Refer to your ServeCo agreement for a full list of coverage and exclusions.


How to File a Claim with a ServeCo

  • Keep your original sales receipt and a copy of your Furniture Service Agreement. Blot stains before calling ServeCo but do not attempt cleaning without their guidance.

  • Notify ServeCo within five business days of a stain or damage occurrence. NOTE: Coverage expires once a stained or damaged area has been replaced.

  • Contact ServeCo directly for claim processing and assistance. For additional support, visit www.serveco.com or call 888-818-3229.

    NOTE: A technician will be sent to inspect or repair the problem. If repairs cannot be made, a replacement or refund may be provided based on the terms of your service agreement.
